Infused with vitamin E to condition, the refillable Brow Cheat pencil features a high concentration of pigments to create natural-looking colour with depth. The formula is rich in emollients, allowing for smooth application, enabling easy creation of definition and shape.

How to Use

Brush hairs upwards to reveal brow shape. Use Micro Precision Pencil to fill in brows and brush through.
